Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used items.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Perishable goods such as food products that have been tampered with.
How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@samsproducts.com. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process, including how and where to send the product back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after this period, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@samsproducts.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.
